My dumpling recipe comes from Qingdao, my hometown in northern China. It has been handed down over three generations using tradtional ingredients which promote well being and are perfected for your enjoyment. Dumplings symbolize family togetherness, fortune and prosperity. I only use the freshest ingredients to hand make each one.
